GKA Dakhla : the results
Okay well it’s done! Matchu Lopes won the GKA 2016!
Although we can not honestly say conditions were perfect for the last stage, the heats were nevertheless completed. Moreover, as Mitu says, competition is mostly about being good in all conditions. And this time, it’s Keahi de Aboitiz who got it and granted himself with the top spot on the podium. Too bad the Australian had skipped on two stages this year because the overall result would surely have been different…
Congrats also to Airton Cozzolino, who finished second in the event and second in the overall ranking.
On the women’s side, a big congratulations to Brazilian Milla Ferreira (1st) as well as Kirsty Jones (2nd) and Carla Herrera (3rd).
Okay well, now let’s just hope that all these people treats us with great videos all winter!
